Bad Chinese ☹️
Just bad. Tried General Two’s Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Kung pao chicken, egg rolls, fried dumplings. Dumplings were ok, General’s chicken was bland, over cooked and soggy. Sesame chicken had no sesame seeds and no flavor. Kung Pao was all vegetables and peanuts, not much chicken. No flavor.

Good food Great service
This is our go to Chinese restaurant. Food is always fresh and delicious. Service was fast and friendly.

Local Chinese Restaurant
Great food, ordered different dishes. Everything was tasty and not over salted. Food was delivered and came promptly and surprisedly still hot.

Very Good Take-Out NYC Style Chinese Food
Having been born, raised, and residing in NYC for 3 1/2 decades I know a thing or two about the best take-out Chinese food. New Hong Kong easily fits the bill as a go-to Chinese spot in my book. Everything I have ordered thus far has been comparable to my favorite spots in NYC. I'll even go as far to say it's the best in Altamonte Springs (so far).
I have ordered the fried chicken wings, pork fried rice, egg roll, hot n sour soup, fried wontons, and beef Lo-mein from here and everything was good. I'm definitely a fan because of the food, the service with a smile, promptness, and cleanliness.

2.5 stars, maybe
Ordered szechuan-chicken and asked for extra spicy. There was a pepper symbol on the menu. But, I thought I'd go for extra spicy. Nope, it was bland bland bland. Two meals and dumplings were over $25. They gave us two "free" egg rolls. Friendly service. Nice touch with egg rolls. My spouse likes shrimp lomein and portion sizes. I am officially done. Sorry New Hong Kong.
